KRKA WATERFALLS & ŠIBENIK WITH WINE TASTING

Stunning Waterfalls and the incredible scenery make Krka National Park a must-see place when you are in Croatia! It is the second most visited National Park in Croatia – after the majestic Plitvice Lakes. Situated along the Krka River, the park’s beautiful waterfalls attract many visitors, and although many people come to Krka only to swim in the beautiful Skradinski buk falls, there are a number of incredible spots within the park that will leave you very impressed. Krka is sincerely nature’s masterpiece worth seeing while you’re in Croatia.

We want you to experience the National Park in peace and quiet, which is why our very first stop is Krka.  Our guide will take you on a short walkthrough of the park, tell you what to see and suggest what to do. After the walkthrough, you’ll have about 2 and a half hours of free time to enjoy the beauty of the National Park. And best of all, during summer months swimming is allowed at Krka! Enjoy your time swimming, take a beautiful walk, find some nice rustic restaurant or a coffee place from where you can admire the magnificent falls.

After visiting the park, you will have a special opportunity to taste five authentic, high-quality premium wines that will give you the unique taste of Croatia. In this family-owned winery in Plastovo, you will taste some of the best wines from this region. Plus, you’ll gate a taste of Dalmatian olive oil and cheese!

Once you get your fill of wine, we’ll head to the beautiful town of Šibenik which has two UNESCO heritage sites.  The guide will once give you an overview of the history of Šibenik, after which you’ll have about an hour of free time. From Šibenik we’re heading to Split on a coastal road, where you’ll get the chance to enjoy the Adriatic and Croatia’s many islands. Plus we’ll take you to a perfect spot to enjoy a panoramic view of the gorgeous stone town of Primošten, and the gem of the Adriatic, Trogir!

Since this is a small group tour the maximum number of people is usually 8. This way we make sure that our professional guides give you all of their attention and care.  Arrival in Split is expected at 6 p.m. so you’ll have enough time to organize your evening activities
