Terms & Conditions

General
Terms and Conditions (the „T&C“) listed here define what you are entitled to when you book with our travel agency, Dream Travel d.o.o., as well as your obligations as a customer („client(s)“, „you“, „your“). We are Dream Travel d.o.o. („we“, „our“ or „us“). We sell travel related services such as: transfers, trips, excursions, rental services and accommodation. Dream Travel d.o.o. and clients ( „parties“).

Bookings

Inquiries and bookings can be done in the office in the city (Ulica Kralja Tomislava 3, 21000 Split, Croatia), by e-mail info@croatia-dream.com or reservation forms on our website www.croatia-dream.com. Dream Travel d.o.o. should answer and give all necessary information to clients regarding their inquiries. Upon booking, clients confirm reading, understanding and accepting everything stated in these Terms and Conditions and therefore enter a legal obligation with Dream Travel d.o.o. Clients are obligated to give all necessary and truthful information regarding the chosen service.

Payments

Some payment arrangements may vary, depending on the size of the group and chosen service, but clients are required to pay a 40% security deposit of a total service amount (non-refundable).
Security deposit can be paid in cash, by credit card, bank wire or PayPal. On receipt of security deposit payment, Dream Travel d.o.o. will send a booking confirmation with details related to the service ordered. Outstanding balance is payable in the agency office, up to 8-12 hours before the beginning of the chosen service, and/or at the arranged beginning and place of the chosen service.
Although some prices may be listed in a foreign currency, Croatian Kuna(„HRK“ or „kuna“ or „kn“) is the only currency accepted for payment. At the agency premises clients can pay in cash or by credit card. If you chose to pay by credit card the final amount may be increased by the interchange fee (bank commission fee) in the amount of max. 2%.
Dream Travel d.o.o. reserves the right to change the published prices. In case of advance payment, clients will be charged with the amount listed on the day of booking and will not be impacted by the change of price. If price changes occur before any payment (deposit amount or full amount), Dream travel d.o.o. is obligated to inform clients about the price changes.

Changes and cancellations

Dream Travel d.o.o. must be informed of all reservation changes at least 24 hours(if possible) before the beginning of the selected service or as soon as possible. Changes must be made in the office or via e-mail info@croatia-dream.com
In case of changes made by Dream Travel d.o.o. clients must be informed right after these changes occur.
Dream Travel d.o.o. must be informed of cancellation of the service ordered by a client no less than 24 hours before the beginning of the selected service or as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in the office or via e-mail info@croatia-dream.com.
Security deposits will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
No refund can be made in case of no-show(without a credible reason, to be determined by Dream Travel d.o.o.).

Meeting points and times

Meeting points vary according to the service ordered. Meeting point will be marked on your booking vouchers and you will be given directions by our agents.
Please keep in mind that scheduled start / return times sometimes depend on a variety of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Dream Travel d.o.o.

Force Majeure

Dream travel d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel or alter any service due to „Force Majeure“(any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Dream Travel d.o.o. including, but without limitations, weather conditions, forceful wind, defects in machinery and vehicles, sickness, flood, fire, accident or any other untoward circumstance). Dream Travel d.o.o. will not be held responsible for any losses clients may face due to force majeure.
In this case, passengers will be notified as soon as possible. Dream Travel d.o.o. will fully refund all monies or re-arrange the service ordered to a new time, in agreement with clients.
Dream Travel d.o.o. will not be held liable for any claims for body injury or harm, accidents, damages or loss of personal belonging caused by any cause whatsoever beyond the control of Dream Travel d.o.o.

Personal information

The client acknowledges that the owner will collect, hold and use personal information for purposes related only to the services ordered and the provision of related customer services. The clients further acknowledge that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies in the event that the client defaults in the payment of any monies owing to the owner, or any other parties involved in the service ordered. All clients will be insured for injuries and accidents.

Rules of conduct

Dream Travel d.o.o. asks all clients to act in a certain way. No insults on sexual, racial, religious or any other grounds will be tolerated. All dangerous, offensive or harmful behavior towards any other client or individual is not permitted. Smoking is permitted during breaks and outside of Dream Travel d.o.o. vehicles. Drug abuse is strictly prohibited. You must not bother other clients, or hold back the group due to reckless behavior. Commercial use of this web-site is prohibited, unless in agreement with Dream Travel d.o.o.

Complaints

The parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the County Court of Split. This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
